Under the legislation of the Russian Federation, the actions you describe may constitute a combination of criminal offenses and provide grounds for filing an official complaint with law enforcement authorities.

Physical violence, such as choking and slapping, may be classified as battery or intentional infliction of bodily harm under Article 6.1.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, or under Articles 115, 116, or 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, depending on the severity and medical consequences.

Repeated insults, including insults directed at a deceased relative, may fall under Article 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. If such insults are expressed publicly or via electronic communications and are supported by evidence, administrative liability may apply.

Systematic threats, humiliation, and messages encouraging suicide may constitute crimes under Articles 110 or 110.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which establish liability for driving a person to suicide or inducing suicide, including through persuasion, threats, or cruel treatment.

Destruction of your bank card without your consent may be classified as damage or destruction of property under Article 7.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, or under Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, provided that significant damage is established.

Dissemination of knowingly false statements damaging your honor and dignity may constitute defamation under Article 128.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

To file a complaint, you should submit a written statement to the police authorities at the place where the acts were committed. The statement should set out all circumstances in chronological order, identify the alleged offender, and include supporting evidence such as correspondence, call recordings, screenshots, witness statements, medical records, and video recordings confirming the destruction of property.

In the complaint, you should expressly request the initiation of a criminal case under the relevant articles and the registration of the report of a crime in accordance with Articles 144 and 145 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.

You also have the right to seek compensation for moral harm on the basis of Articles 151 and 1099 to 1101 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, either within the framework of criminal proceedings or by filing a separate civil claim.
