21 февраля мы купили билеты с вылетом 07 марта 2023 года ,билеты на самолет компанией Этихад в агрегате One Two Trip Я опоздала на рейс , поэтому нам пришлось поменять билеты с доплатой на вылет через два часа .Доплата составила 200,000 за двоих Через два часа у компании произошел сбой в связи с обновлениями и мы не попали на рейс Нам сказали , что могут предложить только на следующий день вылет или же 100% потеря денег Нам пришлось ночевать в отеле эту ночь И так же , так как мы не попали на этот рейс мы потеряли следующие билеты по маршруту , тк они были невозвратные И так же двое суток проживания в отеле Я писала претензию а/к в 2023 году , но в связи с обстоятельствами и долгими их ответами вопрос затянулся .
