Здравствуйте! У меня к Вам такой вопрос: Можно ли в стриминговых платформах , таких как: Twitch.tv, YouTube, vk live и т.д, транслировать азартную игру "Техасский покер:Pokerist" В игре нужно играть на игровую валюту, НЕ НАСТОЯЩИЕ ДЕНЬГИ!, игровая валюта спокойно зарабатывется, если выигрывать или если она кончается, то за просмотр рекламы дают еще и т.д. В России 8 октября 2025 года вышла статья 27 о законе " О рекламе", но там ничего не написано про игровую валюту в целом. Значит, как я понял, если я буду транслировать эту игру и спокойно ее рекламировать, то мне за это ничего не будет? Или придется каким то образом доказывать, что я в игре использую игровую валюту(фишки)

Подскажите, хочу выпустить песню, но опасаюсь в ее политкорректности. Смысл ее такой: в неравенстве между богатыми и бедными (про власть речи никакой не идет), но также у меня есть постер о ее премьере, скинул своей девушке и она сказала, что представители власти могут подумать, что на постере изображены правители, хотя это не так и это всего лишь иллюстрация богатых анонимных людей.
